GOKL City Bus, Free bus service in Kuala Lumpur


Good news for GoKL city bus user, effective tomorrow  1st May 2014, GoKL city bus will introduce 2 new lines, the Red and Blue lines in addition to the existing Green and Purple lines. It is FREE.
GoKL  city bus was introduced on 1st September 2012 as part of the government program in improving the urban transport system. Initially only serving 2 routes, the Purple Line ( Pasar Seni / Bukit Bintang) Green Line ( KLCC / Bukit Bintang ). As from tomorrow ( which is a public holiday ) you have 2 new lines, the Red Line ( KL Sentral / Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman ) and the Blue Line ( Medan Mara /Bukit Bintang ).


This is a PLUS point for KL goers, whether you are local or tourists, you will find Kuala Lumpur is much more pleasant city where you can move around easily.

With these additional lines, GoKL will have more than 60 stops,and most of the stops are near the tourists attraction , shopping malls, hotels, restaurant and some of the stops enable you to change to other mode of transport.
